Sales Project Coordinator
Location: Hinckley, Leicestershire
Job Type: Full-time, On-site, 37.5 hours per week Salary: Competitive
Summary of the Role: As an Internal Salesperson, you will be an integral part of the future growth of my client's department, driving revenue for their range of surface water management and Sustainable Drainage Systems (SuDS) solutions. This role is ideal for an organised individual with strong communication skills and commercial awareness who is wanting to progress a career in sales. You will receive an excellent Induction to support your development with technical sales within the civils/construction sector.
Key Responsibilities:
* Achieve personal and department targets
* Handle incoming enquiries and provide quotations to customers.
* Proactively follow up on quotations to convert them into orders and maintain a high conversion rate.
* Develop new and existing targeted accounts through incoming and outgoing sales calls.
* Maintain and update the customer relations management system.
* Provide basic technical assistance and recommendations when required.
* Assist with the implementation of sales and marketing strategies and provide a 3-monthly sales forecast.
Requirements of the Role:
* Proven experience in Customer Relations, Account Management, and Business-to-Business (B2B) sales.
* Strong communication skills to build strong relationships with customers.
* Highly organised, target-driven, and commercially aware.
* Computer literate with good IT skills.
* Proven experience within the Construction Industry is desirable.
* Proven knowledge of Sustainable Drainage Systems (SuDS) solutions is required.
