Manufacturing Sciences & Technology Graduate Programme, Ware, UK, 2026

We are seeking talented graduates for the Manufacturing Sciences & Technology Graduate Programme in Ware, UK, starting September 2026. The programme is designed to develop future technical, operational and engineering leaders within GSK's Global Supply Chain (GSC).


What you’ll experience

Key programme features

* Digital Data & Analytics (DDA) focus in each rotation to advance manufacturing processes.

What you will do

* Work on projects to improve manufacturing processes, reduce waste, and support product development.
* Apply digital data analytics and process modelling to optimize manufacturing performance.
* Develop and enhance manufacturing processes for efficiency, reliability, and compliance.
* Lead improvement projects and manage initiatives that drive efficiency and reduce waste.
* Build technical knowledge of products and production processes, ensuring product quality and safety.
* Develop analytical and problem-solving skills (DMAIC/Six Sigma) to tackle challenges.
* Gain proficiency in digital analytics and sustainability practices to support digital projects.
* Use data-driven approaches to monitor processes, identify trends, and implement improvements.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams on new product introductions, process improvements and remediation projects.


What we’re looking for

* Technical Aptitude: a relevant degree in chemical/process engineering or related field, with an interest in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
* Continuous Improvement Mindset: willingness to innovate, simplify complex processes, and apply new ideas.
* Strong Interpersonal Skills: excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
* Self-Motivation: proactive, adaptable and eager to learn and develop.
* Attention to Detail: analytical, organized and process-driven.
* Resilience: able to work under pressure and adapt to change.

Education required: BSc or MSc in Chemical Engineering. Language: fluent in English (written and spoken).
