We are seeking talented graduates for the Manufacturing Sciences & Technology Graduate Programme in Ware, UK, starting September 2026. The programme is designed to develop future technical, operational and engineering leaders within GSK's Global Supply Chain (GSC).

What you will do
* Work on projects to improve manufacturing processes, reduce waste, and support product development.
* Apply digital data analytics and process modelling to optimize manufacturing performance.
* Develop and enhance manufacturing processes for efficiency, reliability, and compliance.
* Lead improvement projects and manage initiatives that drive efficiency and reduce waste.
* Build technical knowledge of products and production processes, ensuring product quality and safety.
* Develop analytical and problem-solving skills (DMAIC/Six Sigma) to tackle challenges.
* Gain proficiency in digital analytics and sustainability practices to support digital projects.
* Use data-driven approaches to monitor processes, identify trends, and implement improvements.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams on new product introductions, process improvements and remediation projects.
