Manpower are recruiting a Customer Service Administrator for our client in Nottingham City Centre.
As a Customer Service Administrator, your duties will include:
1. Being first point of contact for residents
2. Answering incoming queries via phone and email
3. Ensuring internal systems are up to date
About you:
4. Good customer service skills
5. Comfortable using MS Office and other systems.
This is a part time role, working 20 hours a week - 4 hours a day Monday to Friday.
£12.21 per hour paid weekly every Friday
