Complex Recruitment has an excellent opportunity available for HGV2 Drivers to work for a well-established company based in Runcorn. This role is for drivers seeking full-time, ongoing work, completing multi-drop deliveries with professionalism and dedication.
HGV 2 Drivers Required
Location: Birmingham
Pay rate: £16.00 per hour
Shift: Monday to Friday
Start Time: 06:00 AM
Your Responsibilities As An HGV 2 Driver
* Safely completing 10-18 deliveries per shift to pubs, restaurants, and hotels
* Assisting with deliveries alongside a driver's mate
* Using a sack barrow & pump truck to assist at delivery points
* Adhering to UK Road Laws, Regulations, and Working Time Regulations
* Ensuring all merchandise is accounted for and cross-checking stock against the manifest
* Conducting daily vehicle checks before heading out for deliveries
* Handling kegs as part of the delivery process
About The HGV 2 Driver Within You
* Must hold an HGV C Category Licence with no more than 6 points
* Must hold a valid CPC Card and Digi Card
* Minimum one year of multi-drop experience
* Good communication skills and ability to liaise with clients and central office
* Reliable, professional, and flexible with a can-do attitude
* Must be willing to complete multi-drop deliveries efficiently
