Are you a qualified Level 3 Teaching Assistant looking for a rewarding full-time role in a primary school? We are working in partnership with welcoming and supportive schools across Northampton who are seeking skilled and enthusiastic Level 3 Teaching Assistants to join their teams on a full-time, temporary basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting pupils’ learning, development, and well-being within inclusive classroom settings.

The Role
As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will:
* Support the class teacher with planning, preparation, and delivery of lessons
* Lead small group interventions to support learning and progress
* Provide targeted 1:1 support, including for pupils with SEND or EAL
* Help manage classroom behaviour and promote positive learning environments
* Contribute to assessment, observations, and pupil progress tracking
* Support pupils’ social, emotional, and academic development

The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who:
* Holds a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
* Has experience working in a UK primary school setting
* Is confident supporting learning across EYFS, KS1, or KS2
* Is proactive, adaptable, and passionate about education
* Has strong communication and teamwork skills
* Holds (or is willing to obtain) an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
