The Opportunity
Are you looking to kickstart your career in account management with a growing tech business? This entry-level Partner Success Executive position offers fantastic progression opportunities, hands-on training, and exposure to a wide range of clients and project.
The Role
You'll play a key part in supporting the Partner Success team, ensuring clients receive excellent service throughout their journey. This is a varied role with a mix of administration, client support, and process ownership. Responsibilities include:
Assisting with quote creation and sales order processing
Managing subscription renewals (licenses, warranties, etc.)
Producing quarterly business review reports in PowerPoint
Coordinating internal meetings, taking notes, and tracking actions
Maintaining internal systems and ensuring data accuracy
Creating and updating Standard Operating Procedures
About You
We're looking for someone who is proactive, organised, and customer-focused. You'll be confident in taking ownership of tasks and keen to develop your skills in a fast-paced environment. Ideally, you will have:
Strong Microsoft 365 skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint)
Excellent communication and organisational abilities
A degree in IT, Marketing, Business, or relevant work experience (desirable, not essential)
Flexibility to occasionally travel between London and Bristol
