What you will do: Manage a caseload of complex and challenging cases, providing your expertise in care proceedings and children looked after. Support the Group Manager in maintaining and developing high standards across the Children in Care Team. Represent the service in developing key service provision and strategic initiatives, influencing positive change. Provide leadership through coaching and mentoring within the team, ensuring effective case management and high-quality written work.
