Responsibilities
Oversee the preparation and delivery of hospitality bookings across site
* Open and close hospitality pantry, manage equipment and coffee machines
* Perform temperature checks and maintain hygiene standards
* Serve food and beverages to customers, ensuring excellent presentation and service
* Coordinate logistics for meeting rooms and collaboration spaces
* Communicate effectively with the hospitality team and respond to customer needs
* Clear down events and ensure pantry is properly closed at end of day
* Support the wider catering team as needed
Qualifications and Desired Attributes
* A positive, enthusiastic attitude and willingness to learn
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Flexibility, adaptability, and attention to detail
* Experience in hospitality or catering is desirable but not essential
