Outsource UK is seeking an experienced Maintenance Officer to provide high-quality and efficient maintenance services within a corporate environment. This role offers a blend of planned and reactive maintenance, as well as project-based work, ideal for a proactive engineer with strong plumbing experience. You will collaborate with the Property Management team and other departments to enhance the working environment in a cost-effective manner.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform general plumbing repairs, including leak repairs and tasks arising from Legionella risk assessments.
* Execute painting and decorating of office areas, ensuring proper preparation and finishing.
* Carry out basic carpentry tasks and changing/repairing locks.
* Maintain and repair equipment, and handle internal and external building repairs.
* Conduct PAT testing of electrical appliances.
* Complete planned maintenance tasks as per the agreed schedule, maintaining accurate records.
* Respond to reactive maintenance requests raised via the Service Desk Database, ensuring timely resolution within service level agreements.
* Assist with minor office moves in coordination with the Office Move Coordinator.
* Manage deliveries and light porterage duties.
* Undertake any other reasonable maintenance-related tasks as needed.

* Competent in general maintenance work, particularly plumbing.

Qualifications:
* Plumbing or electrical fitting experience
