The role:

In this pivotal role, you will oversee the administration of all conference, events, and wedding bookings at the hotel. The role reports directly to the Business Excellence Manager and is part of a team based at our attractive hotel in Milton Keynes M1, Jct.14 (MK16 0JA).

The duties include:

1. Conducting appointments for show rounds, wedding showcases, and external wedding fairs.
2. Facilitating all final details for Weddings and Events and being the point of contact at the hotel for all Brides and Grooms.
3. Assisting the Food and Beverage GSMs with the day-to-day running of the weddings, acting as the host on the day from setup to food service.
4. Ensuring all requirements for our brides are booked, such as discos, decorations, etc.
5. Being the direct hotel contact between the hotel and the events team at the hub.
