We are recruiting dedicated, compassionate SEN Teaching Assistants to join a welcoming and specialist Secondary SEN School in Addlestone, primarily supporting students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
✨ The Role
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
Support students with ASD in and out of the classroom
Help create a calm, structured, and engaging learning environment
Build positive, trusting relationships with young people
Work closely with teachers and therapists to support individual EHCP targets
Promote emotional regulation, confidence, and independence
What We’re Looking For
✔ Experience working in SEN settings (essential)
✔ Thrive training (highly desirable)
✔ A nurturing, patient and resilient approach
✔ Strong communication and teamwork skills
✔ A genuine passion for supporting young people with additional needs
Working Hours
Monday to Friday
8:30am – 3:30pm
Full-time position

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
