Social Value Coordinator
A regional contractor have a requirement for Social Value Coordinator to join their business to lead and develop the company's long term Social Value on projects across the Greater Manchester region to meet long term business objectives.
Reporting to the Director, as a Social Value Coordinator you will be responsible for creating, implementing and tracking Social Value plans and promoting the ethos to employee and external partners.
1. Develop and oversee the Company Social Value strategy, aligning with corporate values, goals and objectives as well as regulatory requirements.
2. Develop Project Social Value Plans, ensuring they meet support delivery of the long term Company Strategy, collaborating with all relevant stakeholders to identify and implement Social Value opportunities across the project.
3. Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, local authorities, non-profits and community organisations.
4. Undertake direct delivery of the Project Social Values including identifying and delivering sessions, including attendance at events which may be held outside of working hours.
5. Engage employees and subcontractors to participate in Social Value programmes
6. Work closely with development teams to track and manage Social Value commitments.
