Senior National Account Manager – Branded FMCG
Location: Southern Home Counties Hybrid (3 days office / 2 days remote)
Salary: Circa £65, – £70, + Car Allowance + Benefits
The Company:
Lime Talent is partnering with a fast-growing, purpose-led FMCG brand on a mission to drive positive change through healthy, sustainable products. With an expanding range of premium branded goods sold across the UK and internationally, they’re scaling quickly and looking for a dynamic Senior National Account Manager to join their team.
The Role:
This is a high-impact position with full P&L responsibility across key grocery retail accounts. You’ll be instrumental in driving growth, launching innovation, and building standout customer relationships – all while supporting and developing junior team members.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and grow key supermarket accounts with full P&L ownership
2. Lead commercial negotiations including JBPs, pricing, and promotional plans
3. Drive new listings and extend distribution across a growing product range
4. Identify and develop new business opportunities in the UK and Europe
5. Line manage and mentor two junior members of the team
6. Provide regular commercial updates to senior leadership and contribute to annual planning
Ideal Candidate Profile:
7. Proven experience managing grocery multiples as a National Account Manager
8. Strong track record of owning P&L, delivering growth, and negotiating trade terms
9. People management experience is a plus
10. Commercially savvy, results-driven, and strategic in your approach
11. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
