Product Engineer
Want to build tools and infrastructure that will support AI-first software integrations and allow agentic workers to access systems safely and reliably? Can you do it all with a relentless focus on what your customers want, whilst leaving room for experimenting with things they have not even got to grips with yet? MCP is a good example of an area where you might experiment with the latter?
That covers the space in which you will be building a product, but you also care about who you are building with. The team is fun, friendly, and from around the world. The founders have done this before and it shows. Whilst AI is a fast-moving space in which to be building the culture in the office is calm and focused. They choose to work in person twice a week and regularly eat lunch together.
Series-A funding is in the bag and paying enterprise customers have lots of things they would like built and that is where you come in. Excellent engineering credentials, a product mindset and a desire to impress with the quality of your work make you an obvious choice for this role.
Must-haves:
* Full-stack software engineering experience with depth in backend
* TypeScript or Python on AWS. Ideally, you have worked in both
* Systems design skills - there's a very tough interview on this!
Nice to have:
* Experience of building B2B SaaS products
* Have shipped AI products before
FAQs:
* How much does it pay? Up to £100 000 base + equity + bonus
* Working arrangements? Two days in office. Tuesdays and Thursdays
