Candidate Requirements To be successful in this role, you should possess: • A solid background in a care setting (domiciliary or similar) is essential but nut not compulsory • A compassionate, kind, and patient approach to caregiving. • Strong active listening and interpersonal communication skills. • Availability to work either day or night shifts on a temporary basis. • Ability to provide professional references and a willingness to undergo an Enhanced DBS check.
