As HR Adviser, you will play a key role in providing proactive and professional HR support across the organisation. Working closely with managers and staff, you’ll deliver effective guidance on a wide range of HR matters, helping to ensure best practice, compliance, and a positive workplace culture. Key Responsibilities Provide advice and guidance on employee relations issues, including disciplinaries, grievances, absence management, and performance. Support recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth candidate and employee experience. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Contribute to workforce planning and organisational development initiatives. Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with employment legislation. Support learning and development initiatives and staff wellbeing programmes. About You Previous experience in a generalist HR role, ideally within the third sector or a values-driven organisation. Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practice. Confident in advising managers and handling ER cases independently. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. CIPD qualification (Level 5 or working towards) is desirable.
