Responsibilities for an Web Shop Administrator
* Create, update, and maintain product listings (accurate descriptions, images, specs)
* Use AI and creative tools for product and marketing content
* Monitor stock levels and liaise with internal teams
* Handle customer calls and support sales enquiries
* Process online orders and coordinate dispatch
* Provide first-line support for web shop queries
* Identify and suggest web shop improvements
* Ensure online content meets company guidelines and deadlines
* Support promotions, seasonal updates, and special offer
* Assist with general admin for the Web Shop and Retail team
Requirements for Web Shop Administrator
* Full UK licence
* Good communication skills
* Other industries considered;
* Plant / HGV / Powered Access / Generator / Heavy plant / Forklifts / Agricultural
