Your role
* Supporting pupils 1:1 or in small groups
* Helping children access learning in a way that works for them
* Building positive relationships and boosting confidence
* Working closely with teachers and SENCOs to meet individual needs
What we\'re looking for
* Experience supporting children with SEND (school or care setting)
* A patient, compassionate and adaptable approach
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
