We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Psychology graduate to join our dedicated team in supporting children with Autism and a range of special educational needs. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills, gain valuable classroom experience, and make a real difference in the lives of young people.
The Role:
1. Working closely with children with Autism and other SEN needs, supporting their learning and wellbeing.
2. Assisting the class teacher in delivering engaging and accessible lessons.
3. Providing 1:1 and small group support to help pupils achieve their goals.
4. Supporting social, emotional, and behavioural development.
5. Creating a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment.
What We’re Looking For:
6. A Psychology graduate (or related field) with a genuine interest in child development and SEN.
7. A passion for working with children, especially those with Autism.
8. Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships.
9. Patience, resilience, and a proactive approach.
10. Previous experience in a school or SEN setting is beneficial but not essential.
