This role will focus on one of those brands, who is renowned for its premium women's activewear that blends performance with style, positioning itself at the intersection of fitness, fashion, and lifestyle. They offer stylish performance - leggings, sports bras, and outerwear are designed to function well during workouts but also look polished enough for everyday wear.
Responsibilities
As an international payroll administrator, you'll support payroll delivery, ensuring employees are paid accurately, on-time, and compliantly across multiple locations, pay frequencies and workforce populations. This role will directly perform payroll processing, funding, and reporting activities in partnership with an outsourced third‑party for international payrolls. The successful candidate is a key contributor to the employee pay experience, and adherence to company and legal requirements. You will prepare, review, and process multiple global payrolls with a strong focus on accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with local tax and labour laws. Collect, validate, and compile payroll input data, preparing detailed templates for submission to external providers.
Qualifications
* Experience with international payrolls would be preferable.
* Experience with HRIS and Microsoft Office, skilled in Excel (including pivot tables, data filtering and intermediate level formulas). Experience with Workday and CloudPay is a plus.

In return the company is offering a salary of £42,000, pension contribution, 25 days annual leave, plus work from anywhere for up to four weeks of the year! This is a hybrid role and you can do two days in the office and three from home.
