We are looking for enthusiastic Residential Support Workers to join our team in Bournemouth!

Your Role
As a Residential Support Worker, you will:
* Provide flexible and individualized care packages for our children and young adults.
* Work collaboratively within a supportive team that values your unique contributions.
* Receive training in 'Developmental Trauma' and therapeutic parenting to enhance your ability to support our young people.
Main Duties and Requirements
We are looking for candidates who:
* Have experience working with children and young people, and understand the challenges they face.
* Are flexible with availability, as the role requires working 7 x 24-hour shifts, including sleep-ins over a 3-week rotation (09:00 am - 09:30 am the following day).
* Are committed to promoting and safeguarding the welfare of our young residents.
* Can establish and maintain positive, trusting relationships with our young people.
* Work well as part of a team and are open to direction and guidance.
* Encourage the development of individual interests in our young people.
* Hold or are willing to work towards a Residential Childcare/Families Practitioner Diploma or equivalent qualification (upgrading to Level 4 diploma is required).
* Possess a full UK driving license and have access to a car for travel.
* Exhibit excellent communication and listening skills.
* Are willing to undergo an enhanced DBS check (which we will cover).
* Experience with Emotional Behavioral Disorder, Social/Residential Work, or Youth Work is a plus!
