Job Description
💙 What You’ll Be Doing
* As a Care Assistant, you’ll help clients live safely, comfortably, and independently in their own homes by following personalised care plans.
* Personal care (washing, bathing, dressing, toileting, continence care)
* Medication support and assistance
* Meal preparation and help with eating & drinking
* Shopping and everyday practical tasks
* Light household duties (laundry, tidying, cleaning, changing beds)
* Supporting mobility and use of aids and equipment
* Providing companionship, reassurance, and emotional support
Qualifications
