We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Property Compliance Manager to join a respected property management team. This is a key role with responsibility for ensuring compliance across a diverse property portfolio while maintaining excellent client relationships. The Role As Property Compliance Manager, you will act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of properties, providing professional property advice, guidance, and solutions. Your responsibilities will include: * Overseeing statutory compliance in areas such as asbestos, fire safety, water hygiene, and health & safety. * Carrying out and uploading compliance audits, asbestos reviews, and condition surveys. * Advising clients on maintenance requirements, project feasibility, and long-term property solutions. * Supporting the delivery of projects, quoted works, and reactive maintenance while maintaining financial control. * Ensuring operational buildings meet legal, statutory, and professional standards. * Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders. About You We are looking for a confident professional with: * Experience in property compliance, facilities management, or estates. * Knowledge of statutory inspections, health & safety legislation, and property compliance processes. * Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage credibly with clients and contractors. * A proactive, organised approach with the ability to prioritise and problem-solve. * Ideally, technical knowledge of building fabric, M&E systems, or property management.
