We are seeking a skilled and versatile Tradesman to join our team. Duties
* Utilise hand tools and power tools for various construction and repair tasks.
* Perform roofing duties, ensuring proper installation and maintenance.
* Carry out plumbing tasks, including installation and repairs of pipes and fixtures.
* Demonstrating carpentry skills.
* Plastering internally and externally.
* Execute electrical work, adhering to safety regulations and standards.
* Engage in masonry work, including bricklaying and stonework.
* Conduct painting tasks to enhance the appearance of structures.
* Collaborate with other tradesmen and contractors to ensure project completion.
* Maintain a clean and organised work environment, ensuring tools and materials are stored correctly.
Skills
* Proficient in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
* Strong knowledge of roofing techniques and materials.
* Ability to plumb effectively with attention to detail.
* Experienced in carpentry, with skills in fabricating wooden structures.
* Competent in electrical installations and repairs, understanding relevant codes.
* Skilled in painting techniques for both interior and exterior surfaces.
* Familiarity with masonry practices, including brickwork and stone setting.
* Excellent problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.
