We are delighted to be working with a fantastic and growing GP surgery that has proudly served its community for over 20 years. This highly regarded practice is now looking to welcome a Clinical Pharmacist to join their dedicated clinical team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced pharmacist who thrives in a primary care environment and is looking to make a meaningful impact.
The Role:
* Position: Clinical Pharmacist
* Start: Immediate
* Hours: 2 days per week (16 hours only)
* Hourly Rate: £30 per hour
* Location: Winnersh
* Will need to have uk experience
Ideal Candidate:
* Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a GP surgery or primary care setting
* Holds an Independent Prescribing (IP) qualification
* Confident managing clinical medication reviews
* Comfortable working under pressure and meeting deadlines
* Experience supporting vulnerable patient populations
* Ability to collaborate effectively with senior pharmacists
