We are recruiting a Senior Interior Designer / Project Lead to support the continued delivery of high-profile hospitality projects.

We are hotel design consultants specialising in large-scale refurbishment projects for global brands including Marriott, Hilton, IHG, and Accor. As a Senior Interior Designer / Project Lead, you will play a pivotal role in both design leadership and project delivery - guiding projects from concept through to on-site completion while inspiring and mentoring a talented team.
What You’ll Do
* Lead and deliver large-scale hotel refurbishment projects from concept to on-site completion
* Take ownership of project direction, ensuring design integrity, quality, and commercial success
* Manage and mentor a team of designers, fostering growth, confidence, and creative excellence
* Collaborate with senior leadership to shape design strategy and studio direction
* Oversee the development and coordination of concept design and complex drawing packages
* Interpret and elevate client briefs into compelling, deliverable design solutions
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and global brand partners
* Ensure projects align with brand standards while pushing creative boundaries
* Monitor project progress, timelines, and KPIs to ensure successful delivery
* Contribute to a positive, collaborative studio culture driven by creativity and accountability

Experience Required
* 7+ years’ experience in large-scale commercial interior design
* Proven experience leading projects through all RIBA stages (or equivalent)
* Experience in attending site, liaising with contrctors and overseeing the construction stage of commercial projects
* Strong experience managing teams and mentoring designers
* Advanced capability in producing and coordinating detailed drawing packages
* Solid understanding of major hospitality brand standards
* Experience delivering bespoke, concept-led design solutions
* Comfortable working closely with senior leadership and contributing to studio growth
