What You’ll Do as Teaching Assistant (TA):
* Provide tailored support to pupils in small groups and one-to-one
* Assist teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons
* Encourage positive behaviour and emotional well-being
* Support children with additional needs, including EHCPs
* Help create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
What You’ll Need as Teaching Assistant (TA):
* A relevant TA qualification (Level 2 or 3 preferred)
* Experience in a primary school setting
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A caring, proactive, and patient approach
* Commitment to safeguarding and child welfare
