Our client is a marketleadingmanufacturer and supplier of life science products to the cell andgene therapy market. The company is growing at a fast pace bothorganically and through acquisitions. Their European Headquartersare located in the DACH region. They now seek a French RegionalTerritory Manager to further grow the sales of their cell and genetherapy products in thecountry.
Tasks
* Sourcedevelop and drive new/existing business opportunities inspace.
* Use a selection of channels in order toidentify and qualify new business opportunities including inboundlead follow up outbound cold calls emails and socialmedia.
* Look to implement new and innovativestrategies in order to identify new business therefore enhancingsales revenue and profit.
* Keep all channels ofcommunication open with internal and external sales teams leadgeneration and marketing within theCompany.
* Work with Cell & Gene TherapySales and Marketing team.
* Build relationshipsand opportunities with Customers across France and the FrenchSpeaking countries.
* Report on progress andopportunities to both Sales Manager &Team
* Maintain awareness and knowledge ofmarketplace and competitors. Report findings and potential pipelineboth monthly and quarterly to yourmanager
* Represent the company at domestic andinternational Cell & Gene Therapyconferences.
* Accurately report back into theteam leader on the business
* Travel in regionfor Customer visits required.
* Beneficial tohave experience with a CRM.
* Ability to trackreturn on investment (ROI) and key performance indicators(KPIs)
* Possess excellent IT skills; includingexperience of working with databases Office Outlook using Excel andWord areessential.
Requirements
* Mustbe fluent in both French & English with the ability toconduct business in both languages.
* Must have 5years sales success/ experience and a go to contact network in theCell and Gene Therapy sector in France with C>customers.
* A proven track record in France andFrench speaking region sales growth
* Excellentattention to detail time management and organizationalskills
* Excellent can doattitude.
* Ability to perform a wide variety oftasks and multitask efficiently.
* Ability toremain calm under pressure and work todeadlines.
* Feel comfortable working in afastpaced environment.
* Ability to build strongrelationships cross functionally.
* Flexibleattitude to cover work asrequired.
