Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and plate consistently delicious dishes that showcase quality ingredients and attention to detail.
* Keep your section prepped, organized, and energetic for every service.
* Champion food hygiene, freshness, and presentation on every plate.
* Collaborate with the brigade to deliver smooth service across formats.
* Mentor junior chefs and be open to learning from others.
* Contribute to menu development with fresh ideas.
What You’ll Bring
* Experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef ready for the next step.
* Love for great ingredients, well-executed dishes, and consistently high standards.
* Positive, can-do attitude with team spirit and willingness to learn.
* Good understanding of kitchen operations, service flow, and stock control.
* Sharp eye for food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
* Desire to grow culinary skills in a supportive, quality-driven kitchen.
