As an Executive Assistant, your duties will be:

5. Pulling together weekly figures, reports, and performance updates, including sales forecasts and activity tracking
6. Keeping an eye on standards across the business by checking pipelines, vendor care, valuations, and applicant management
7. Flagging any issues, trends, or areas that could be improved and feeding these back to senior management
8. Supporting managers and directors by organising meetings and appraisals, taking notes, and following up on actions
9. Proofreading and sense-checking important communications before they’re sent out
10. Acting as a main point of contact for the CRM system and helping teams use it effectively
11. General business administration
12. Supporting compliance, marketing, and central admin tasks as needed
13. Attending meetings and working across different parts of the business
14. Getting involved in wider projects and operational support when required

To be considered for the Executive Assistant role, you must have:

15. Exceptionally organised with strong attention to detail
16. Proactive, forward-thinking, and confident using initiative
17. Strong communicator, both written and verbal
18. Highly competent with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and data analysis
19. Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and leadership teams
20. Able to manage a varied workload independently
21. Discreet, professional, and process-driven
22. Previous exposure to estate agency or lettings environments

Why Consider This Opportunity?

This role sits at the heart of the business, supporting leadership and ensuring consistency and accuracy across operations. You’ll be joining a collaborative, professional environment where organisation, structure, and high standards are genuinely valued.
