What You’ll Be Doing: Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, providing a warm and friendly first impression. Serve drinks and food to guests on the floor, taking orders, and ensuring timely delivery. Maintain a clean and organised seating area, clearing empty glasses, plates, and trash as needed. Engage with guests, providing information on menu items, drink specials, and promotions. Supporting the team with event setups, including Christmas parties, themed nights, and special events. Creating magic moments for guests by going the extra mile. What We’re Looking For: A positive attitude and a passion for providing a magical guest experience. Previous experience in hospitality, bar work, or customer service is a plus, but full training will be provided. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and bank holidays.
