Roles and responsibilities:
1. Ensuring that the technical issues are resolved without delay.
2. Process internal procurement from equipment enquires though requisitioning and monitoring manufacture through to delivery to site whilst maintaining a comprehensive audit trail.
3. Carry out document control, recording & transmitting information.
4. Liaise with the design team and supply chain to ensure correct operation of the plant on site and successful handover.
5. Monitor and record progress on site against the construction programme.
6. Liaise and co-ordinate with clients other members of the design team and contractors on technical and commercial issues.
7. All other reasonable tasks assigned to you from time to time from your manager.
Experience/Qualifications Required:
* Knowledge of the Pre-Fabrication Engineering role.
* Familiarization of Building Information Modelling software (i.e., Revit, Autodesk etc.).
* Detailed knowledge of the Engineering role.
* Ability to prioritize workload.
* Commercial understanding.
* Health, Safety and Environmental Understanding.
* Knowledge of the teams’ strengths and weaknesses.
