Property Operations ManagerAs Property Operations Manager, you’ll be accountable for the day-to-day management, visitor operations and compliance for Morden Hall Park and be lined managed by the Visitor Operations & Experience Manager. Working with the Visitor Operations & Experience Manager, the General Manager and other colleagues, you will contribute to the strategic priority to End Unequal Access and Inspire Millions.From time to time, you will stand in for the Visitor Operations & Experience Manager to run the place or attend external partner meetings in their absence. This is a front line operational management role, with at least 80% of your time spent on-site. Working hours are typically 9am–5pm, with occasional early or late shifts. You’ll join the Duty Manager rota, including weekends and bank holidays, with Time Off in Lieu (TOIL) for additional hours. Morden Hall Park is a green oasis in the heart of London. Together, you’ll be making sure that every visitor has what they need to have their best possible day, as well as the chance to discover the work of the Trust for themselves.
