Package: Salary: £31,332 rising to £33,549 per annum (basic £15.45‑17.05 per hour) plus additional £62.64 for sleep ins.

Deputy Home Manager – Children & Young People
As a Deputy Manager you will be an integral part of our welcoming and knowledgeable leadership team, supporting a region of children’s homes within a growing national organisation. You will be actively encouraged to be creative, bring your own unique skills, and influence change. You will also be supported to gain level 5 qualifications, grow into future leadership roles, and take on additional responsibilities that will enable you to step up to manage the home when needed.

Responsibilities
You will support the development of the region’s leadership team, contribute to the management of budgets and rotas, and maintain a therapeutic model of care. You will also support the transition of staff to new responsibilities and help shape a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications
* A minimum Level 3 qualification in Children and Young People or equivalent.
* 2 years’ experience working within a residential children’s home at Senior or Deputy level.
* NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Children and Young People.
* Knowledge of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding procedures.
* Experience with budgets and rotas.
* A full UK driving licence.
