The role
You will be responsible for:
* Providing guidance on people-related matters at our UK factory near Heathrow, including policy application and wellbeing.
* Supporting a positive team member experience, fostering an environment where employees can be themselves and live our values.
* Contributing to the development and review of employment policies and practices.
* Using metrics proactively to inform decision-making.
* Supporting other functions remotely or from Richmond, London, and participating in employee lifecycle activities and projects.
The skills you’ll bring:
* Proven HR/People advisor experience, preferably in manufacturing, warehousing, or similar environments.
* Willingness to work at a stand-alone site with support from head office, understanding operational needs.
* Excellent communication skills across various stakeholders.
* Experience handling sensitive employee relations and change management.
* Strong knowledge of employment law and best practices, ensuring compliance.
* Familiarity with HR technology to support operations.
