Technology Support Specialist at Architecture Practice
Location: Central London
A vibrant architecture studio in Central London is seeking a Technology Support Specialist to join their in-house team. This full-time role is based in a beautifully designed studio environment, surrounded by creative professionals who are collaborative, social and passionate about design. You’ll be supporting both the London and Hong Kong offices, ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations and contributing to infrastructure improvements.
Responsibilities
* Provide first and second-line support across hardware, software and network issues
* Manage ticketing systems and remote support tools
* Assist with onboarding and offboarding of staff
* Maintain AV systems and meeting room technology
* Support hosted telephony and mobile devices
* Liaise with managed service providers and document troubleshooting guides
* Implement desk moves and changes as needed
* Occasional out-of-hours support
Qualifications
* 3 to 5 years of experience in a technical support role
* Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, VPNs and remote desktop
* Experience with Adobe, Rhino, Autodesk, Enscape and V-ray
* Familiarity with networking protocols including TCP/IP, DHCP and DNS
* Recognised IT qualifications such as A+, CCNA or ITIL
* Full-time studio-based role in a central London location
