Teaching Assistant Opportunities - Long‑Term Roles Starting September
As we move into the summer term, many of our partnered schools are already looking ahead to September. This is always the time of year when senior leaders begin planning their support teams for the new academic year, and they're keen to get organised early. Because of this, we're now welcoming Teaching Assistants who are interested in long‑term roles from September.
These roles are ideal if you're hoping for real consistency, the chance to build strong relationships with pupils, and the opportunity to become part of a school community. Many of our long‑term placements also offer temporary‑to‑permanent pathways, giving you the chance to settle into a school and, if it's the right fit for you and them, transition onto a permanent contract.
What we're looking for:
Teaching Assistants with experience in EYFS, KS1 or KS2
A genuine passion for supporting children to thrive
A calm, encouraging approach with the ability to build strong, trusting relationships
Reliability, honesty and a team‑focused attitude - qualities our partner schools truly value
Availability from September for a long‑term commitment
