Job Summary: Trapeze Group UK is seeking a motivated and results-driven Internal Sales Account Manager to join our dynamic sales team. The key purpose of this role is to deliver agreed orders, revenue targets, and key performance indicators (KPIs) within a designated territory. This will involve a balanced focus on both new business development and the management of existing customer relationships. The successful candidate will work closely with the wider sales team to build customer awareness, drive advocacy, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. You will play a crucial role in identifying opportunities, nurturing leads, and contributing to the overall growth and success of the business. Job Description: Key Accountabilities Plan and organise activities, in conjunction with the Account Manager, to achieve sales plan Support the External sales team with prospecting for new opportunities, and by ensuring attendance by existing customers at regional and national events Generate, build and maintain close working relationships with clients in the territory Deliver agreed metrics for field sales client activity Manage customer complaints and cancellations in line with company guidelines Manage customer debts in line with company guidelines Maintain client CRM data, and follow up on all leads Provide market intelligence and feedback to the Account Manager and other departments Ensure timely and accurate qualitative and quantitative reporting, fulfilling the requirements of CRM and the Sales / Account Manager to agreed reporting cycles Develop and maintain an up to date knowledge of the products in order to effectively sell the features, advantages and benefits to customers Undertake any other duties commensurate with the status of the role as directed by the Sales Manager Office based minimum 2 days per week Essential experience, skills and knowledge Educated to degree level in a relevant discipline or have the appropriate industry experience Evidence of successful achievement as part of a sales or marketing team Customer focused, with excellent customer service skills Experience of utilising and exploiting a modern CRM system Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong outbound B2B telephone sales skills Highly organised, able to maintain a calm, professional, disposition in a stressful environment Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team Reports to: Sales Manager Location : Hybrid role, 2 days per week in our Chippenham office, plus occasional travel to clients and marketing events In return we will offer a competitive salary of £35k-£40k plus bonus, along with a comprehensive benefits package including healthcare cash back scheme, private pension scheme, life assurance and income protection, a great holiday package including a buy and sell scheme, as well as many initiatives to support a healthy lifestyle.
