As a Sous Chef, you will have a passion for serving great food, training great people, and leaving a smile on our guests' faces. You will run a section, ensuring your team works together seamlessly, and lead the team in the absence of the Head Chef.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Be driven to smash targets with your team.
2. Train and inspire your team to deliver food to be proud of.
3. Support your Head Chef with food ordering, food preparation, and stock control.
4. Master the art of working with a branded menu.
5. Confidently manage Chefs and the wider Kitchen Team.
