Seven Resourcing are currently recruiting a Programme Lead to start a new role in Preston, Lancashire.
You will work as part of the Resources Directorate and will have responsibility for the development and delivery of a high quality, effective, efficient, equitable and responsive Business Support service, including leading on the detailed design and transition of the key capabilities.
This is a full time hybrid role, and you would be office based 2 - 3 days a week in Preston.
The contract is for 18 months.
Responsibilities:
Consolidate, rationalise, and improve Business Support functions and activities that enable a professional, diverse and equitable service based on collective expertise and a close working relationship with our customers, whilst removing duplication and fragmentation of activities
To provide motivational and effective leadership and strategic management
Develop and implement suitable business transformation strategies to respond to internal and external drivers, challenge existing practice and identify new and better ways of working in order to accelerate Business Support to meet its strategic outcomes and intentions, whilst ensuring future financial sustainability and increasing customer satisfaction.
