We are an ISO-assured Highways Maintenance provider aiming to deliver high quality, time critical, complex repair projects nationwide to customers ranging from local entities to national brands and National Highways.
We are looking for:
A proactive and highly organised Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support and ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our office. The successful candidate will manage daily administrative tasks, assist with documentation, and support internal teams to maintain effective business operations.
Desired Skills:
* Experience in an administrative or office support preferred.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively across all levels.
* Highly organised, with proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
* High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
* Self-motivated and capable of working independently, while also thriving in collaborative team environments.
* Positive and adaptable "can-do" attitude, focused on delivering results and supporting team goals.
Salary: Competitive, dependent on skills and experience.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 10:00 – 18:00 (some flexibility may be required
