We’re looking for either an ambitious graduate (with some events experience) or an events professional to join our team and learn how to be the best in event producing.
You'll work with the country’s leading creative, marketing and in-house expertise; receive lots of training and support and be mentored by one of our leading events team.
This is a busy role, where your learning and development will be fast-tracked.
You’ll be based in our award-winning Glasgow head office, and also on-site at our event locations.

You will be responsible for mastering all aspects of producing events across the core disciplines of: Venue and outdoor space management Licencing and compliance Building and co-ordinating design and production teams Co-ordinating an internal team and bank of freelancers to support each event Running a production budget – income & expenditure Supplier management and negotiation Working and directing multi-disciplinary teams Operational & logistical management Planning & scheduling – overall planning of all aspects of events & timescales including build and de-rig Community & stakeholder engagement Development of new events including business modelling, ticket modelling and building creative Working closely with a designated, experienced Senior Producer to support their daily activities, assisting with administration and research tasks You will be paired with our Senior Producer, who will coach & mentor your development over a six-month period, at which point you will ‘graduate’ to become an Assistant Producer.
During the planning stage of events, you will be mainly office based and involved in all aspects of administration, supplier liaison, planning and scheduling.
Once events are live, you’ll be a key face on site, leading and motivating our event teams, and helping to make sure every event goer has a fantastic experience at our events.
For all parts of this role, you’ll need to be great with people, confident dealing with different teams and personalities, and have bags of determination and resilience.

Skills We'd love to hear from you if you are: Passionate about the events industry Degree educated with a first-class or 2:1 honours classification in a creative arts-based discipline You have at least two years’ professional events experience An events freelancer Intelligent, confident, personable, responsible and resilient, with bags of enthusiasm A quick learner & good listener with the ability to take instruction and work independently Comfortable using systems and savvy enough to learn/find out what you don’t know Excellent at administration and organisation A desire to go the extra mile and make every event unique, magical and nothing less than a 5* star experience for each and every event goer Enjoy lots of fun and reward, but also hard work – you’ll need to thrive in a fast-paced environment, be able to think on your feet and deal with the occasional curve-ball Thrive on a hands-on approach to problem solving and a curiosity to learn Strong leadership and a brilliant motivator – working on site can be tough, you’ll be responsible for galvanising great teams and maintaining our approach for each itison event crew to have as good an experience as the event goers.
