Job Description
In this role, you will focus on outbound telephone-based sales activity designed to generate, qualify and assist in converting new sales opportunities across the companys product range.

Recruitment Process
Applications may require a short online assessment. Successful candidates will be invited to a short telephone screening call with a member of our HR team. If invited to an interview, it may be conducted at our Bournemouth office or online via a video call. Interviews are conducted with the line manager for this role; a second interview may be required and may involve senior management. We’re friendly!
Job Requirements
* Minimum of GCSE in English and Maths at Grade C (or equivalent)
* 1+ years of B2B/B2C sales/account management or Adviser experience
* Experience working within the mortgage or wealth industries would be advantageous
* Strong communicator
* Proven ability to understand customers circumstances, expectations, and needs
* Excellent time management
Job Responsibilities
* Utilise an array of different data sources (some provided by the company and some requiring your own research), create and maintain a prospect list of potential sales opportunities
* With a focus on telephone-based activity, build a contact strategy for this prospect list with the intent of generating qualified leads with a need for the companys products that can be passed to the National Sales Manager
* Work with the National Sales Manager to help turn qualified leads into converted sales
* Maintain and update the customer relationship management system with all relevant information in relation to sales leads, ensuring accurate data is produced in relation to the sales pipeline
* Work closely with the National Sales Manager and the wider Sales team to meet and exceed assigned revenue targets
* Develop a good working knowledge of the Twenty7tec SOURCE, APPLY and FINPLAN propositions
* Liaise with the Marketing team to ensure brand consistency in all external messaging
* Stay up-to-date with new product launches and wider industry news
* Gather feedback from sales prospects where appropriate to help shape the product roadmap
