Honeycomb is delighted to be working with our client, a luxury hospitality provider, to recruit for an Operations Coordinator on a permanent basis. This role offers an opportunity to work within a high-end establishment that values customer experience above all else. The business is located in Preston and has invested heavily to distinguish itself from competitors.
The Operations Coordinator role is dynamic, combining customer service, administration, and hands-on management of daily operations. Responsibilities include ensuring seamless guest experiences, updating booking information, providing advice and suggestions to guests, collaborating with the housekeeping team to maintain high cleanliness standards, and proactively identifying areas for improvement.
Ideal candidates will be hospitality professionals, preferably with experience in residential or hotel settings. A positive attitude and confident stakeholder communication skills are essential. Experience in restaurants or tourism will also be considered.
The package offers a competitive salary of £35,000 per annum. The role requires flexible hours, covering shifts from 9-5, 12-8, and 1-9 across various days. Details will be discussed with Honeycomb, with shifts distributed among team members.
