Job Title: Account Executive – Construction & Commercial
Location: Remote - Office visits M4 Bristol - Reading
Salary: £50,000 – £75,000

About the Company:
A fast growing and newly formed brokerage who are already in the process of going directly authorised due to impressive income growth. This broker has realistic and ambitious plans in place, fantastic network and momentum and are looking for like minded entrepreneurial ambitious people to join the company who want to be apart of an exciting journey and work towards a lucrative equity share.
Role Summary:
You’ll step into a warm book of income-generating clients in construction and commercial sectors, with the freedom to bring your own ideas, relationships, and growth plan. The firm can’t compete with corporate base salaries, but for the right person, it offers equity, autonomy, and the chance to build something significant.
Key Responsibilities:
• Service and develop a mixed portfolio: Construction, property owners, and commercial clients
• Generate new business: Bring fresh income and drive your own portfolio growth
• Collaborate with the founders: Help shape strategy and client delivery
• Work toward shareholder status: Hit agreed income targets and earn real equity
Requirements:
• Strong technical understanding of commercial insurance
• Experience with construction or property risks is a plus
• Self-starter with a business development mindset
• Ambitious, entrepreneurial, and hungry to grow something long-term
