Customer Service Administrator
Gainsborough (Office based)
Monday - Friday ( Hours per week)
8:30am – 5pm Monday to Thursday and 8:30am – 4pm Friday with 1 hour unpaid lunch
Starting Salary - Circa £25,000 (rising annually & with development)

We have an exciting new opportunity for a Customer Service Administrator (known internally as Customer Service Advisor) to join our passionate team at our Gainsborough Site. This is a full-time, office-based role (five days per week).

What you'll be doing:

1. Building strong customer relationships and ensuring complete customer satisfaction
2. Managing your customer caseload and working closely with our sales team to provide a seamless service
3. Resolving customer queries by email and telephone quickly and efficiently, delivering a positive experience every time
4. Proactively identifying solutions and anticipating customer needs
5. Championing new ideas and driving continuous improvement in our service


What skills will you need?

6. Excellent telephone manner and experience in a customer service role
7. Strong verbal and written communication skills
8. A real passion for providing an excellent customer experience
9. Great IT skills (Microsoft Office suite, SAP experience would be advantageous)
10. Ability to develop great relationships with both external and internal customers
11. Excellent workload management and prioritisation
