A firm based in central Nottingham are looking for a Semi Senior Accountant to join their team. Based in superb offices, easily accessible from areas including West Bridgford, Beeston, and Gedling, you will be given full training support to learn the role and progress in your career. \n\nThe role will be varied but include aspects of accounts preparation, bookkeeping, tax and close client contact. \n\nKey Responsibilities will include:\n\nPreparation of accounts for sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies with minimal assistance on a day-to-day basis\nPreparing VAT returns\nWorking within the accounts team you will help service a portfolio of clients, dealing with year-end and other ad-hoc issues throughout the year\nGeneral office duties to ensure our clients are serviced to a high standardBenefits:\n\n23 days bank holiday, plus bank holidays\nCompetitive salary and progression\nPension scheme
