Due to a significant increase in workload and a recent backlog, the company is seeking a dedicated Temporary Accounts Assistant to provide vital support to their busy finance team. As the business continues to grow, this role offers a genuine temp-to-perm opportunity for the right candidate.
The Role
You will be stepping into a fast-paced environment where your support will make an immediate impact. Responsibilities include:
* Processing invoices and managing purchase ledger.
* Assisting with sales ledger and credit control.
* Completing bank reconciliations.
* Supporting month-end duties.
* Handling general finance administration and ad‑hoc tasks.
About You
* Experience in an accounts or finance support role.
* Strong attention to detail and excellent organisation.
* Confidence working with accounting software and Excel.
* A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to support the team where needed.
