This full-time immediate start role is based in Manchester City Centre and offers linear training.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Events Sales Manager in planning, organizing, and executing events.
Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless event execution.
Support the sales team in generating leads, preparing proposals, and closing deals.
Maintain up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system.
Assist in post-event evaluations, gathering feedback, and implementing improvements.
Participate in marketing activities to promote upcoming events.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively are required.
Able to build rapport with customers and colleagues, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills, able to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
