There are already a number of long-standing client accounts for you to manage as well as a large geography across theStroudarea for new sales opportunities. Asthis company'snew Field Sales Executive, it will be your great people skills and your aptitude for building great customer relationships that they're looking for,along withyour skill for securing new sales.
You'll be given full training onthe company'sproduct range so that you're well placed to be a successful member oftheirField Sales Executive team. You'll have the backing of an established supply chain and a reliable distribution network to make surethe logistics teamcan deliver on your promises and you'll have full support fromthe company'sSales and Management Teams too who will be available for guidance, advice and encouragement as you develop in your new role.
This is a field based Sales Executive role covering theStroud area, so living in thisregion is important. Although most of your work will be done in the field,you'll beprovided you with everything you need to complete all of your administration from home.This company isa family orientated firm and they encourage a healthy work/life balance for alltheiremployees sotheywon't expect you to be out on the road all day and then to do your admin in the evenings and weekends!

Skills & Experience for this Field Sales Executive position: Having experience of selling business to business (B2B) would be ideal but this isn't necessarily essential as themost important attribute to us is your enthusiasm for sales, your skills in winning new business, and your ability to manage your time strategically. You'll have the confidence to book and attend sales visits and the skills to convert visits into sales You'll be happyto work alone and to book your own sales meetings with current customers and with new clients You will have the enthusiasm and self motivation to succeed A driving licence is essential for this position
